Die Gemüseinsel - a children's book
A penguin who can no longer find any fish, a tiger who fundamentally refuses to eat other animals, and a pig who has already been declared the festive roast. This colorful mix is what your child will encounter while reading The Vegetable Island. Join them on a small culinary journey that invites conversations about “normal” eating habits and their consequences.
The children’s book Die Gemüseinsel – Das köstliche Abendteuer von Pfeffer, Yolande und Klecks aims to give children an initial introduction to the concept of vegetarianism and the ideas behind it. It encourages children, parents, and educators to engage in dialogue and explore the topic more deeply together.
The picture book was produced using hydropower, eco-friendly inks, and recycled cardboard, making it a 100% “green book.
IKEA Work Life Sleep Balance
The IKEA Work Life Sleep Balance Conference was a corporate communication
event hosted by IKEA at the Bikini mall in Berlin.
Righted!
This project aimed to make children’s rights more accessible and understandable. Through visual communication, a playful game was developed to introduce children to the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and to encourage awareness, dialogue, and participation around this important topic.
IKEA Katalogstart
The IKEA Catalog Kickoff was an annual press event launching the new catalog. I developed the visual identity and contributed to the creative direction, shaping the overall look and feel of the event.
Elements
Elements is a board game that invites children to explore the periodic table through play. By translating scientific content into a tactile and visually engaging experience, it transforms learning into an intuitive, interactive journey of discovery.
Levity
Levity is a vinyl cover artwork created for the German indie band BARU. The visual concept originated from a studio photograph of scattered flour, which was digitized and transformed into an abstract composition. The final artwork was produced using silkscreen printing in copper ink, giving the cover a tactile depth and distinctive material presence.
